Over the course of several decades Sandy Russell has amassed a wealth of experience under a variety of different roles. Her skills as an executive leader and international hotelier have taken her from Canada to Asia and from 30 hotels to 116 in Singapore for Radisson Hotel Group where she oversaw and enhanced commercial strategies throughout the region for 116 hotels under six different brands as Vice President Commercial operations . Sandy has helmed programs that spearheaded revenue optimization and distribution initiatives in concert with global sales and marketing, with the intent of expanding success internationally.

Sandy is a sought after mentor and coach who believes that her greatest gift is seeing the light turn on in the minds of the people she has been privileged to develop . Sandy’s most passionate project is the foundation she started “Be The Change”, which provides the necessary funding to rescue and rehabilitate children sold into slavery in Cambodia.

Tom has over 40 years of global experience in investigating financial crime and combating money laundering and terrorist financing. He served 25 years with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, earning two medals of bravery and three decorations from the Queen of England. A sought-after financial expert, keynote speaker, and trainer, Tom has consulted for the IMF, the World Bank, and the United Nations. In 2004, he joined FINTRAC’s founding leadership team, helping establish Canada’s financial tracking and governing body. With his extensive expertise, Tom is well-equipped to manage the financial operations for Commercial Solutions For You Inc.

Pooja is a seasoned sales leader with two decades of experience in the hospitality industry. Her proven ability to drive revenue growth, develop effective sales strategies, and implement innovative solutions has consistently exceeded expectations. Known for her strong work ethic, creativity, and commitment, Pooja has built a reputation for delivering exceptional results With global experience spanning India, Southeast Asia, China, the UK, and the USA, Pooja has successfully navigated diverse markets and cultures. Ian is a passionate and highly skilled hospitality executive. His career spans 40 years and he is a Hotel Management graduate of Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University). He began his career with CP Hotels (now Fairmont) and progressed through numerous operational positions to become the youngest General Manager in the history of CP at the age of 28. He went on to manage two other CP hotels and also held the position of Corporate Director of Rooms in his 22 years with CP. Since that time, with other entities, Ian has held the positions of Regional Vice President, Senior Vice President Operations, COO of a renowned five-star resort, President of a regional company and most recently Vice President of Management Services.

Ian obtained his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration from Brock University, then went on to enter commercial real estate. In the research and analysis division of a major real estate firm, he played a key role in the introduction and maintenance of the database management system.

In 1986 Ian joined the brokerage side, specializing in industrial sales and leasing and investment real estate. His expertise has led to many successful sales and leasing campaigns throughout his career. He has accomplished these goals by consistently understanding his client’s goals and then focusing all available resources to achieving them in an expeditious manner.

In June 1999 he jointly founded the Ottawa office of CBRE Limited where he worked until 2022. Ian has now joined Lennard Commercial Realty and is looking to replicate what he did back in 1999 when he grew CBRE to Ottawa’s largest commercial real estate brokerage.

With more than two decades of experience in the hospitality industry, Tim Wiersman is recognized as a leader in revenue management. Specializing in property and portfolio revenue management, sales, marketing, distressed-asset turnaround, and asset assessment, he consistently delivers results for properties around the world.

Tim's career includes corporate senior leadership roles with Host Hotels and Resorts, TPG Hospitality, Red Roof Group ,Starwood Hotels and Resorts and Canadian Hotel Income Properties. Tim holds a BA in Business Administration and Finance and is an active member of HSMAI (Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International) currently serving on its board as chair of the Revenue Optimization advisory board. In his spare time, Tim enjoys spending time with family, friends and soaring high in the skies flying a Cessna 172 or Piper Warrior.

Diana began her love of the hotel industry with a summer job at a Four Seasons Hotel. She was recruited upon graduating from the University of Guelph's Bachelor of Commerce program into management with the first ever Marriott Hotel in Canada. Diana spent several years living in France, Switzerland and the UK working in hospitality and the banking industry. She has experience in sales and as a GM for Accor, IHG, Marriott and Radisson. Diana is truly motivated for developing our team and our services.
